An investigation is underway after a fire broke out at a business on Cincinnati’s west side Thursday night. Click the video player above to see other nightly headlines from WLWT News Thomas Parker, Fire Chief of District 5, told WLWT he was calling Mount Hope at 5:23 p.m. to report the fire. said a crew had been dispatched to the 800th block of Avenue. Crew members arriving at the scene found a fire in the BLOC Coffee Company’s outdoor backyard, Parker said. According to Parker, firefighters were able to put out the flames within 15 minutes. Officials estimate the fire could cause up to $15,000 in damage. No injuries have been reported in this incident.

District 2 Fire Chief Thomas Parker told WLWT that the fire brigade was dispatched to the 800 block of Mount Hope Avenue at 5:23 p.m. to report the fire.
Crew members arriving at the scene found a fire in the BLOC Coffee Company’s outdoor backyard, Parker said.
Parker said firefighters were able to put out the blaze within 15 minutes.
Officials estimate the fire could cause up to $15,000 in damage.
No injuries have been reported in this incident.
