We are a successful family, but my children are all professionals: two are lawyers, one is a longtime producer, and one is a senior adviser to US Senator Mark Warner. They all have their own challenges. My son, who works in the US Senate, is a member of his LGBTQ and challenges discrimination in that field.
My daughter has struggled with depression for many years and even after law school she continued to take the bar exam cautiously, failing it five times but not giving up. are mental health advocates nationally. We wanted to show that family problems. That’s why we decided to do this show.
